• Conference Speaker - Option 1: attending on speaking day only
  Speaker will only attend day they are speaking, not both conference days. This includes speakers who are speaking on both days.
• Conference Speaker - Option 2: attending a second conference day – $50.00
  A speaker who would like to attend a second conference day as an attendee.

  To register as a Sponsor/Exhibitor use separate Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration form.
• IEHA Members - Full Conference – $100.00
  Full conference (Oct 14th-15th) includes am coffee, breaks, & lunch both days
• IEHA Members - One day (October 14th) – $50.00
  One day registration includes am coffee, lunch, & breaks.
• IEHA Members - One day (October 15th) – $50.00
  One day registration includes am coffee, breaks, & lunch.
• Non-IEHA Members - Full Conference – $125.00
