The Asthma Educator Institute is a two-day course for licensed healthcare providers and healthcare professionals with an interest in developing and strengthening skills as an asthma educator. The course was developed as a preparatory course for those qualified to take the National Asthma Educator Certification Exam sponsored by the National Asthma Educator Certification Board (NAECB). The curriculum covers the content outlined in the NAECB Candidate Handbook and includes case reviews, hands-on skills demonstration and practice. The course is delivered by local asthma experts, including Certified Asthma Educators (AE-C). Continuing Education for some practices provided.
Cost: $250.00 before June 5, 2012
