Pay Range $83,700.00 - $128,300.00 Annually

This position is responsible for supporting Company Operated and License store leaders in the Western Canada. The Retail Public Health Advisor Senior will work alongside of other food safety professionals while being a strategic partner to the regional operations leaders. Responsibilities include providing data that identifies areas of opportunity and consultation on the solutions to elevate performance. Storytelling through data analysis and influencing without authority are key to success in this position. As a Retail Public Health Advisor Senior, you are proficient in interpreting public health and food safety regulations, standards, and procedures. You have foundational knowledge and experience to interface with provincial regulatory authorities and associations to build relationships, clarify interpretation, and resolve issues. Uses multiple sources of information to make recommendations with guidance from manager. Advises cross functional and retail operation leaders to identify opportunities and drive improvement in public health and food safety. Proactively analyzes retail public health, food safety, and retail operational data to provide coaching and advise cross functional partners on projects and operations. Escalates issues to manager, devises and communicates improvement strategies. Understands and remains current on public health and food safety industry trends and practices. Adapts to learn new areas of the business. This role will require 50% travel across Western Canada and will require the successful candidate to be flexible and able to complete the travel to stores. |
