IWWA is looking forward to the 2018 Annual Conference and Trade Show and  we hope you can participate at this year's meeting!  The conference and trade show will be February 1-2, 2018, with early exhibitor move-in available on Wednesday, January  31, 2018.

*PLEASE NOTE:  This year, attendees (*excluding exhibitors) have the option of registering for the conference online via check or credit card at www.iwwa.org ! Click the link to see the options.

HOTEL ROOM INFORMATION:
Once again IWWA has secured a block of rooms for the conference at the Prairie Meadows Hotel.  Reservations made be made by calling 515-957-3000 or made online at www.prairiemeadows.com.  When calling be sure to reference the Iowa Water Well Association in order to receive the IWWA rate of $108.00.  If making a reservation online, please use the group code 01312018IOW (note: 01312018 are numeric and the IOW is alpha) in order to receive the IWWA rate as well. 

 Cutoff date for room reservations is January 17, 2018 by 5pm! Be sure to make reservations early as the hotel guarantees  the lower room rate until the cutoff date, but this DOES NOT mean they guarantee a room will be available.  There are a limited number of rooms set aside for IWWA and they are on a first-come, first-served basis.
