Base fee:
  • Conference Sponsor - Includes an exhibit table for both conference days, company signage at registration area & throughout, conference registration for ONE designee, time to address attendees before keynote speaker, your company name listed in the conference program, full page ad and name on the cover of the conference program, company name listed on the IEHA website, and a full page ad in Saniscript (IEHA quarterly electronic newsletter).
  • Event Sponsor - Includes an exhibit table for both conference days, complimentary conference registration for one designee, time to address attendees before event, company signage in event area, your company name listed in the conference program, full page ad in conference program, company name listed on the IEHA website, and a half page ad in Saniscript (IEHA quarterly electronic newsletter).
  • Tract Sponsor - Includes an exhibit table for both conference days, complimentary conference registration for one designee, time to address attendees before before each session in tract, company signage in registration area and outside session room, your company name listed in the conference program, half page ad in conference program, company name listed on the IEHA website, and a quarter page ad in Saniscript (IEHA quarterly electronic newsletter), company name listed in saniscript.
  • Speaker Sponsor - Includes complimentary conference registration for ONE designee, company signage outside a session room, time to address attendees before presentaion, your company name listed in the conference program, quarter page size ad in conference program, company name listed on the IEHA website, and a business card size ad in Saniscript (IEHA quarterly electronic newsletter).
  • Break Sponsor - Includes complimentary conference registration for ONE designee, company signage in registration & break area, your company name listed in the conference program, business card size ad in conference program, company name listed on the IEHA website, company name in Saniscript (IEHA quarterly electronic newsletter).
  • Scholarship Sponsor - Includes your company name listed on raffle/silent auction table, company name listed in the conference program, company name listed on the IEHA website, and company name listed in Saniscript (IEHA quarterly electronic newsletter).

You are invited to be a part of the 2026 Iowa Environmental Health Association’s Fall Conference!

We are expecting more than 125 environmental health professionals from across Iowa for this 2-day event. Attendees are state and local environmental health personnel with professional responsibility or interest in protecting the public’s health through a variety of programs, including:

 Exhibit – Sponsor – Donate

There are several ways your business/agency can participate in and/or support the Fall Conference. 

Choose your level and type of involvement.  We’ve provided a grid that outlines your options to exhibit or sponsor and lists the promotional advantages for each.  

Exhibit: Exhibit space is limited, so register early. Final display assignments will be made by the conference coordinator.  Exhibitors are allowed one conference lunch per day.  Additional lunches may be purchased for $30 each and should be indicated on the registration form. 

Sponsor:  Sponsorship options and marketing benefits provided at various levels are shown on the grid on the next page.

Donate: Consider donating an item for the IEHA raffle, with proceeds going to the IEHA Scholarship Fund.  IEHA awarded the first $500 scholarship to a high school senior in April 2014, and began offering two $500 scholarships in 2015.  We encourage you to donate an item for this great cause even if you are unable to attend the conference in person.

Register: Complete the registration online at www.ieha.net. Payment can be made online or by check.  Look under the 2024 IEHA Fall Conference tab on the left side of the page for the exhibit and sponsor registration information.
