Goal:  There are many characteristics which make a site difficult.  Flows are often challenging from low flows to high flows and elevated waste strengths.  Often the soils we have to work with may be insufficient in depth, may percolate water too slowly or there may not be enough area. This course will discuss these issues and offer possible solutions.
